Energy Work

Service Description

Nurture the mind-body-spirit connection with this Ayurvedic experience. In the Vedic tradition, energy travels in and through the physical body in channels called srotas. These pathways can become stagnant due to physical constraints or mental/emotional blockages. A traditional abhyanga massage helps to improve the flow of energy and health of tissues with friction and rocking that soothe the nervous system. Afterward, marma points are stimulated, deepening the connection between the energetic and physical bodies. This experience ends with chakra balancing, an intuitive focus that carries energy from the Root Chakra all the way to the Crown. This massage is highly changeable, as we are working with where the recipient is in the moment: mentally, physically, and spiritually. As part of the in-person intake, please be prepared to share what goal you are working toward, in order to help direct the energy of the massage and gain the most benefit from your session.
