Service Description
Let physiology do the heavy lifting! This massage alternates between hot basalt and cold marble stones, resulting in vasodilation followed by vasoconstriction. The benefits of this combination are similar to sitting in a sauna before taking a cold plunge: oxygen-rich blood is carried in with the heat therapy, delivering vital nutrients to the muscles, then inflammation is flushed away by the the cold therapy, reinvigorating the body.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may reschedule/cancel with no fees up to 24 hours before the start of their appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time will incur a fee of 50% of the service price. Cancellations made within 1 hour of the appointment start time will be charged 100% of the service price. Clients will be considered a no-show 15 minutes after the start time of their appointment and will be charged 100% of the service price. Clients may book online as early as 30 days in advance, and up to 4 hours in advance for same-day appointments. Clients may reschedule their appointments online up to 24 hours before the appointment start time, and may cancel online (with associated fees) up to 1 hour before the appointment start time. These policies are subject to change at Misty's discretion (i.e. waiving fees in cases of emergency, restricted availability after repeated last minute cancellations, etc.).
